Weekly Goals

This is where I will record all of my weekly goals. This list will be tweaked as I come up with new goals. If I don't reach one, it will be carried over into the following week until it becomes a habit!

Goals for the week of 5/24/10
-Raise hydration level to 43.8%
-No bagel store until Saturday (successful, but still needs to be added)
-Increase cardio exercise--20 minutes extra 4 times this week

-Lose 2 pounds

Goals for the week of 5/3/10
  • Drink water
  • No bagel store until Saturday
  • Exercise at least 4 times
  • Have at least 1 serving of fruits or vegetables per day (I know the recommendation is 5+, but I have enough trouble getting one. I'm taking baby steps.)
Goals for the week of 4/19/10
  • Drink water, and for every beverage that isn't water, drink extra (Example: If I have 8 glasses of water and 1 can of soda, I need to drink a total of 9 glasses of water)
  • DON'T GO TO THE BAGEL STORE UNTIL SATURDAY (NAILED IT!! Today is Saturday and I still didn't go get a bagel! WOOOHOOOO!!!)
