Hello, all! So far I have had quite the successful day. Aside from over sleeping by an hour. I ate healthy all day. After work, I ran some errands. When I got home, I wanted SO BADLY to nap. I sat on the couch for almost an hour debating whether or not I would take this nap. In the end,
I went to the gym. Now I feel energized and ready for the rest of my night. Now if I could just keep convincing myself that I will feel more awake after going to the gym than after taking a nap, I'd be in good shape. Literally.
